To make sure we're compliant with financial regulations and can continue to provide a great service, we occasionally need to take extra steps to verify our users' identity.
If you receive an email requesting to provide documents to verify your identity please complete the following steps.
Login to your Crecer account
Click the "Review" button in the message shown below in your account dashboard
Review the list of documents requested. In the example below we're requesting 'Proof of Birth Date' and 'Proof of tax ID'.
Once you have photos of the requested documents click the "Upload Document" button.
Once the document has been uploaded check the box that the document is being used for. Note: If you have one document that provides proof for more than one item we're requesting you can check multiple boxes. For example, if you're uploading your driver's license you can use this for both government ID and proof of birth date.
Once you're done click the "Finish" button. If you need to add an additional document click the "Add Another Document" button.
