A beneficiary is a person that will inherit your account in the unfortunate event that you pass away. You have the option to add multiple beneficiaries to your account.
Steps to add a beneficiary to your account
Login to your Crecer account
Go to 'Designated Contacts' in the 'Account Settings' section of your account dashboard
Add your marital status by clicking the "Edit" button and selecting the status that applies to you (we're required to collect this info in order to record your beneficiary)
Once you add your marital status click the "Edit" button in the Beneficiaries section to add your beneficiary
If you would like to add more than one beneficiary click "Add Additional Beneficiary"
When adding multiple beneficiaries you can assign a percentage of ownership of your account to each beneficiary. Note that the total ownership percentage for each beneficiary must equal 100%. For example, if you have two beneficiaries and you want to give them equal ownership of your account you would enter 50% for each beneficiary.
