Steps to make a deposit to your account:
Securely connect your personal bank account using our partner Plaid. Below is an image of the first screen you'll see to connect your account. If you don't have an existing Plaid account click "Continue as guest".
Important: For security reasons you can only connect a bank account in your name, and the name on your bank account must be spelled exactly the same as the name you used to create your Crecer account.
If the name on the bank account you connected doesn't match the name you used to create your Crecer account you will see the following message. Click "Review my Name" to update the name you entered and proceed to setting up your deposit. Note that if you are an existing customer you will need to contact our support team to request an update to the name on your account.
If you already have a Crecer account go to the "Manage Transfers" section in your account dashboard and select "Add Recurring Deposit" or "New Deposit" (for a one-time deposit) to start the process of connecting your bank account.
Once your account is connected you have the option to make a one-time deposit or setup a monthly recurring deposit on any day of the month.
The minimum deposit amount is $50.
You can also ask your employer or payroll administrator to setup a direct deposit from your paycheck. If you would like to contribute from your paycheck, ask your employer to contact us and we will assist them with the setup.
